Forza 5 Announced

Picked up a P1, R8 and a C63 before prices go back up!

Anyone wanting a clean few games on multiplayer please add me. By clean I mean no intentional wrecking of other players which is all too common! It's a shame there are no repercussions for it in MP i.e lesser amount if credits or something!
 
I ended up buying about 20 cars when I got my 3 million credits yesterday. I only bought a few really expensive cars (P1, F520, Gallardo, Saleen S7 and a couple of others), then bought a variety of cheaper cars in different classes from different countries. That should hopefully keep me going until the next sale comes around and I have more Reward credits to spend. Still got about 900k left as well to upgrade as I need to.

After spending some time with the game at the weekend I have to say I'm loving the Drivatars, they are comfortably the best racing AI I've ever seen. Some are really aggressive, others go wide at turns, some brake early or late. It makes for a much less predictable race than ever before, and I've found I've really had to work to get Gold medals on some tracks.

The only issue is that with so many cars on the track at once, it's nearly impossible to race clean as someone will always trade paint with you when you're trying to go past them. Still, really enjoying it so far, as well as the variety in the races, so I'm happy.
 
Totally agree about racing clean against Drivatars, there are so many cars.

I went mad with my 3 million credits, I bought:

McLaren P1
Aventador
Gallardo Superleggera
SLS AMG
F40
F12
California
599 GTO
458 Italia
430 Scuderia
355
Nissan GTR
Impreza
And I also bought and got gifted the LaFerrari

Got about 800,000 left of my 3 million.

The LaFerrari is stupidly quick, and it sounds amazing!
 
That's a lot of Ferrari's! I only bought the one. I bought two Lambo's instead as they've always been my supercar of choice (same two as you).
 
They are so iconic I had to buy them at half price.

Lambo's are may favourite too, got my Aventador in black (not matte) the other black and I'm working on creating a personalised number plate for it too.

Played in a series last night which had Davey's racer in it. Aggressive Audi Barge Maniac summed it up :p
 
Why is the Forza site half German half English, can't figure out any of the rewards.

Look under Forza on the rewards section, you get it for miles drive, perfect corners, cars owned etc.

I missed out on getting my tier 4 rewards cause the site was borked yesterday after noon,
I whored tier points from horizon by spending the 10 mil I had in cash on about 80 cars and grabbed some gamer score. Horizon is still a very fun game can't wait for a next gen version.

After racking up some miles and GS on forza 5 I would have got my extra mil before the sale ended but I couldn't claim it.

That said I got a lot of cars anyway and can now do every race class except vintage and the GT3 cars

It worked fine for me on Sunday morning as normal in Firefox.

Have you tried with IE on the Xbox?

Some people on the forza forum as saying the 50% sale is still on. Until 11.59pm PST 2nd Dec? I thought it was 1st Dec at that time.

It is still on, just grabbed 4,000,000 credits from rewards, so bought the Lotus E21 for 3,000,000 credits whilst I could.
 
Just tried it in firefox at work, it worked first time.

I logged in to forzamotorsport.net (the new designed site), clicked rewards overview, clicked on 'you have new rewards', clicked 'redeem'

then got the message saying my credits for forza 4 & horizon will be with me in up to 4 hours. i already had my forza 5 rewards.

Cool, i need to earn more credits when i get back from work then, i spent over 10 million this weekend, currently have about 900cr!

I Need a few more cars though :D
