It's funny you should post this up......I've done exactly this myself before I saw your post, i wanted to try something
Different. Seeing as I have a freesync screen thought having this locked at a particular rate would be better than having it uncapped until we get some proper fixes done. I'm running high on everything, ultra car detail with 2xmsaa but with frame smoothing on. Gotta say the experience is smoother now, freesync definitely helping make it feel a lot faster than 48fps. I don't get any dips at all, the only place it plummets is surfers paradise.

People are also saying the older drivers, 372.70 are working better than the current for Nvidia Users but I'm yet to test it.

Got my G27 on it working fine, but my TH8A won't do a thing, there's no manual gear I can see either using the paddles to shift..

So I bought a code, redeemed it on xbox.com, shows up under xbox one games, but xbox app on pc there is no sign of it.

Where did you buy the code? I bought my game direct from the MS Store, showed up on both pc and xbox.
