The IB Times review is terrible... it's as if the person doesn't get what the Horizon series is about (fun, not super simulator?)!
There are some gamers who also dont get it (check GTPlanet)
Its quite ridiculous tbh

I used to be into PC gaming & was thinking of getting back into it for 4k but does the PC have HDR games yet?
Is Horizon in HDR on the PC? As I recon HDR 1080p looks better than 4k no HDR.

Not an issue,as i am on optical/fibre,but preload would be nice.
Scores totally correct - i played demo only twice as i didnt wanted to ruin whole game,but it was enough to see why scores so high,didnt expected anything else tbh,game look just brilliant

Saw it on reddit, fired up the store, checked for updates, off it went.
Doubt its the ultimate edition, but it has literally just gone up, mine keeps stopping. I can imagine everyone is frantically trying to DL it.

People trying to buy off foreign stores, you need to buy Xbox credit in that currency (which for many of them you can buy direct from the Microsoft store for that country. Then you just redeem the credit on Xbox.com (switched to that country) and buy the game. I do it all the time with US and Russia stores.
