Forza Horizon 4 (Xbox One)

Still enjoying the game, but those wheelspins..... my goodness, they infuriate me so much! Best I have had, is 140k on one, and some race car on another - but 20+ others have all resulted in daft bloody clothing :(

I finally got something decent last night! I won a BMW M4 GTS and it's lovely! I didn't think I'd ever say that about a BMW but man this thing moves, especially when using a custom tune-up that I picked up from the community.

I was also eyeing up an Aston Martin Vulcan FE on the auctions last night. They had a few on for 960k last night, and I was quite tempted!

Grrrr! I'm just hoping that the game feels pity on me, and I get a run of cash and cars!

I'm thinking, that as I haven't actually used any of the clothing used, the game will keep on giving them to me - maybe I should put on the gold jacket and pimp hat I won recently!
 
Ok so the weekly challenge for the 7 million skill points just reset to 0 for me... I was on 6.something million... Not happy.

It did this for me too. If you close the app down completely it'll reset your progress but minimising it so when the game restarts you don't have to do a full login keeps it.
 
Can you sell cars that you get? i got the old Bugatti from the Wheelspin, its worth 10mil it says? would flog that in a heartbeat and spend the cash on many other cars lol....

playing this game makes me realise just how bad i am at driving games though, i dunno if i made a mistake taking the Focus RS then spending as much cash as possible fitting the max of everything from the Tune shop on it? then later i found out you can buy other peoples tune jobs... well i had a Mclaren which i tuned to 999, seems to be half decent, and i bought the Escort Cossie and took a tune from the market on that too, but it doesnt handle very well, will have to see if theres a better handling version.

Overall im loving the game, the sheer amount of different events to do is awesome, and then there is things like beauty spots and jumps and knocking over sings for influence etc...

Just a shame im so terrible at it, dont think ive gotten higher than 8th in the races so far on the default settings, although i did beat the big hovercraft in that race, which was hilarious.

You can sell it on the auction house, but I don't know what it'll go for on there as they undercut the listed prices on there. But at 10 million, I'm sure you'd at least get 8 - 9 million easily.
 
I always seem to be racing in winter/snow ?!?! How can I change this ??

Been playing it a lot done all showcases.
 
I finally got a good spin last night - 140K! Sadly, the other three were still bloody garments :(

Had some right results in the auction house though, managed to bag three Ferraris for less than 250K, when one (the 430) cost 300K normally. So I'm loving all the rich gamers out there, who flog these things off at a fraction of the price :D
 
What's the deal with the input lag on this? Is it because I'm playing on the one s and not the x?

Compared to PC it feels like 1/4 a second until the car turns when I move the joystick, really annoying and makes catching oversteer tricky.

Got an original Xbone here, and it's completely fine.
 
Dropped all my 350k on an audi rs6 avant yesterday, outputting 1200bhp haha it's an absolute animal :D next to do up the mini from the barn find been waiting for this one :D
