Forza Motorsport 2 Car and Skins show off thread.

Well i've got 3 projects on the go at the moment, first is my updated PSI (Pitchshifter Industries) Lotus, which is nearing completion:

Then this morning i started on another shifter car based on one of their desktops which you can see here

Still early days but im happy with how its coming along:

Then I have a top secret project which i've been working on all day, my first really complicated design, with over 300 layers so far!! needless to say im pretty excited with where its going, might get some shots up in a week or so.

haha good point!!

just had a quick re-edit, if i move the iris and pupil too much, she goes bunk eyes lol, i think this is as close to looking at the viewer as i can get it without a complete re-work of the eyes. its 599 layers if anyone is interested.

thanks for the comments guys :D, its really quite rewarding when a image comes together after thinking which primitive/shape is best to use for what lol

My quest to Save the Cheerleader continues, and gains momentum!!!!

Not playing Forza atm but may be online later on, I will add you to my friends list.

I have more ideas to add, but I don't want to take the mick.

I havent gifted/auctioned anything yet, but i'll happily gift it across to you if you want, i dont know how you could transfer it across to another car though??

Don't get me started explaining!!!


I think once you have a car with a paintjob you can move it between cars, if not I am going to be somewhat devastated!!

You can't if the design is locked.

If it's unlocked, it will go on any one of the same cars in its entirity. If you want to move it to a different model of car, you'll need to select all the appropriate layers, and save it as a vinyl group. Then you can load it into the paint shop, and stick it anywhere.

i cant wait till i get my xbox back like, got the wheel and forza2 sitting here untouched, although looks like im gunna be trying to draw on the cars more than driving them :D
 
i dont want to...cos then ill buy it, got a mate showing me step by step of what hes doing to his in game mx5...and listing all the mods you can do...its not fair

Pitchshifter fan eh? I think my ex-gf said they recorded one of their albums in her old house in the basement. She has a credit on the liner notes for one of the albums, can't remember which though.
