How do you save a car vinyl group to then upload it? :s
I can't see an option for it anywhere.

When you create the vinyl group and save it an option pops up asking if you'd like to upload it to the storefront. If you say yes it'll then ask you for the category, price etc.

Can people gift the cars to me ?

I dont belive they wont release the cars in a pack towards christmas ... Theres too much money to cash in on and + there pretty important cars

When adding decals to your car when you press the start button you can either save to car or save to catalogue. If you save to catalogue then you can upload that to storefront. But I think your design has to be original, can't have any decals you've bought from storefront.
