I think I have got 'Painters block'.

I have got myself a BMW M3 GTR and I really want to give it some colour and put on some decals and vinyls but I can't seem to come up with some ideas. I have a blast and make a good design on one side and when I try to carry it on over the bonnet it all goes crap. I know how to do it and use the editor to a descent standard but I have no imagination at this time.

Can anyone suggest a theme for me? I have got a few ideas but I would like some guidance.

A few guidelines for you to think about:
  • 1 main colour
  • 2 secondary colours
  • angled design or curved/organic design
  • Subtle or in your face appearance

I like to do a real race livery but there is a lot to do as in logos etc. I don't mind doing them though. I ideally would like something that will make people go 'wow that's pretty good' when racing online.

If anyone has links to some good images of liveries showing the car at many angles that would help..

I need inspiration folks...:(
 
Do a Gulf inspired one, that'll be original and as long as it's done tastefully it'll look awesome. :D

Nobody did the F355 ones that Mr Latte was talking about so I might have a go when I've got the inclination. :)
