I had to do a quick race livery for a competition I entered on another forum, and found another nice spot on Silverstone that seems photo-genic..

It's Loeb-esque Citreon C4 inspired on a Yaris..

My current W.I.P which can have some final touches now some spy shots of the F1 car are out. I had a play with a carbon fibre vinyl which came out supprisingly good for a 1st attempt

Major Kudos for the Top 200 time I saw earlier, You're my only friend above me on some tracks/classes now though so I am Well happy.

Looks smart, I absolutely love the Evora, perfectly balanced imho, I have 3...B, A and S class. :D

Might have to grab that if it's on your storefront. :)

I agree, cracking car which is more than able to hold its own in the corners but mine atleast is lacking top end poke so track choice is crucial. I have added some extra sponsorship just working on a decent looking 1 Malaysia decal.

I have sent you a friends request and will gift the sponsors I have done over if you want. I have finally finished tweaking the design and its now up on my storefront.

Just correct me if im wrong but every car design on here is done ONLY in the Forza 3 car design area not on a pc some how then transferred?.

if so damn there is some very mad designs here very detailed with shading etc looks great.

thats correct, there is no way of doing a pc transfer into the game (some people do use forms of vid capsoftware onto pc to make things esier when drawing tho - as you can effectively trace) - theres a lot of talented artists in forza.

1)you can use video capture cards to project the image from the 360 to the pc screen
2)then open up the image you want to use
3)then using a transparency software suite literally overlay this image over the paint edit in the forza game.
4) use the forza paint tools to start drawing over the transparent image.

it still takes a lot of time and effort regardless but some artists use this as it helps guidelines massively.

Just a little WIP. My Jap police car, still got to do the shield design yet and find out what 'jap writing' goes on the roof. Looks good bombing around the tracks with other players showing the skins off.

Edit: Forza site too slow Ill up them to my webspace and put them up.

Just stumbled across this thread, some of the car designs on here are incredible! I used to do some skins on Forza 2 but haven't had time on this one yet, think I might get into it again once I've finished my uni exams this month! Where do you guys get your inspiration for these designs from?
