I feel once you go sim it ruins the so called 'simcade' games. I can still play arcade race games and have fun but the ones in-between sim and arcade just feel wrong on the wheel to me.
Caved and got the Ultimate version. Project Cars 2 is very nice and that, but Forza is more arcade and fun
I refunded my Deluxe Project Cars 2, it's a superb game but I just know I'll play Forza 7 more plus I can't be bothered to dust off my aging G25 so using the PS4 controller will suffice.
I'll probably grab the Ultimate edition like i did with Horizon, it's a lot of money but I've had hundreds of hours in that game and still play it.
Demo is trash. Looks very average even @ 4k maxxed out. Handling is solid but those gfx are just way too dated for me to bother with this. 5 years ago it might have looked passable now it looks very old compared to Project Cars 2 this is lagging a long way behind graphically (probably held back by the XB1-X dated hardware!).
Selling my PC2 after 3 days, I find it so boring and frustrating. The Entry level 100bhp Ginetta seasons nearly had me hanging myself with boredom, then along came the Clio's with rear ends that step out whenever you touch the brakes, the handling while meant to be less Arcady than FM7 is just utter tripe on a controller - cars have handling characteristics that are nothing like real life. Really looking forward to FM7 little things while playing it put a smile on my face, going to hold out for the XBONEX version though as I want to play it relaxing downstairs in "4k" with HDR 58".
As for graphics, I'd put them on par with each other - there's hardly anything in it.
I can't decide whether to get this or Project Cars 2? What's everyone else's thoughts?
I'm erring towards Forza 7. I never really played the first project cars much as I found the multiplayer kind of clunky whereas I reckon this will be better. Plus if I buy it digitally I can run it on PC and Xbox which is a nice benefit.
It'd be interesting to hear from anyone who's played both for the purposes of comparing them?
I went for both, Forza for when I want to sit back and relax with a controller, and PC2 for when i feel like getting the Wheel out and having a challenge. I thought why limit my options!Get both I did, PC2 for VR and FM7 to mainly play in the lounge.

You can get FM7 cheap from Russia, think you can get it for £22.
How do you go about ordering it from Russia. Is it on a cd keys site or Microsoft's own?
