If Forza did come to PC it might push me to W10... Maybe
Thing is consoles are never going to compete for power, and the PC is never going to compete for convenience.
I picked up Forza on the xbone back when it came out, but since I couldn't use my G27 I quickly lost interest. If this does come to W10 then I'll be a happy bunny indeed!
I never understand what people mean when they say consoles are more convenient. You can plug your PC into a TV the same way and game from the sofa, you can use any input device you like as well.

not the same at all. all console games work out of the box, numerous pc games do not support other input devices straight out of the box, but you can make it work with other software usually like xpadder or whatever.
so no convenience is still not the same as a console.

Xbox controllers are plug and play so that's the same as a console, installing games through Steam unless we're talking about very old games, and even then they can work without problems, is pretty much install and play. Just like a console.
my pc is windows based.
1. hurdle would be how on earth do i log in with my xbox controller
let alone driver issues and all that stuff you sometimes need to fiddle with.
it's getting there but it's still not as convenient as a console.
