Found today my new flat....

Lets keep in mind that the swiss get paid a lot more than us.
Dropping 2k per month on a flat isnt that unusual. Especially when the average income is around 60k, and tax is around 8%
 
That looks amazing.

What's it like there holiday wise? I'm intrigued, maybe spend a few days between there and Milan this summer.

Really nice but I have to agree on the tiles, I'd seriously consider not moving in over how astonishingly bad they are :p

The rest of the place seems basically perfect and what a fantastic view. I HATE where I live, would absolutely love to live somewhere like that with that kind of view.
 
The lounge looks like an absolute dream. I can imagine that at Christmas with the fire going and the snow on the tree branches outside. :)

Unless it's a bedroom...
