I don't have a problem at all with Dayz with an 3570k and an average card.
Maybe check anti virus software or any background programs.

Obviously your CPU count will need to be 4 and maxmem a useable figure (depending on you ram)

But try that and see where you go, I tend to get a fairly decent 60fps in Dayz now with the odd dip to 40.

-nologs makes a good difference IMHO

Tried that but the problem still persists.

It's not my graphics card as it did it with my old one as well, what processes should I be closing when I'm in game?

cpu usage looks fine maybe oc the gpu slightly?

not sure whether ssd would help,only in loading maps/levels
