I noticed that, seemed odd to post the same message on most forums.

The thing is, I'm right, they are wrong. So by posting well thought out constructive posts, with email evidence will do nothing other than make Fractal look like they have egg on their face.

I don't want to tarnish their reputation, I would love for them to acknowledge the problems and work towards fixing them. Then I would happily look at restocking the range again.
 
putting that everywhere seems quite underhanded by fractal, saying that , all the problems that could have been avoided for a bit more polystyrene packing at the factory!
 
I did raise the issue with the UK rep for Fractal. He claims he didn't post this info up, and was a guy from the land of the Nordics. So based on that, it would be a staff member at their HQ.
 
Fractal answered my support email within 3 working days and I received replacement usb ports a few days later. Quite impressed with their support.
