My order came for the asus 7950 with the 3 for free promo codes but no dirt code for spending over £25 I ordered and paid before 5pm when I contacted ocuk through web note they said because the order wasn't shipped before 5pm I wasn't entitled to this d3al now that's not what it says in this opening post!! Only that you must order before 5pm so wtf

Appreciate it thanks, might be more people that where told the same thing or similar ocuk have the best service for resolving issues though so no worries there = D
 
seems like they need a word at ocuk HQ about the deadlines of promo's with the staff in charge of distribution and email response team or they could be doing it on purpose to try and save money on all the orderes where people won't realise they should have had a extra game ;)

Agree with what you've said there, They need to look @ there promotion system, As my order was placed well before the Tuesdays 5pm deadline & i specifically placed the order to get the game.

i was in no rush to buy what i have but the free game promotion made me order sooner rather than later.


Were this all appears to me to actually fall down is there being no mention of the free promotion printed on the actual invoice / Order which the warehouse staff must use to pick said item(s)
with it having stock location & stock ID & quantity on the invoice.

I remembered in 2011 i ordered a System that was supposed to include Mafia II free but i did not receive it, Had to go ringing them to get the code sent to me :rolleyes:
 
Those who never got a code, and posted in the CS forum, you all should have a code now. I typed them out for you, took me a while as there was quite a lot! But you shall all have a code. :)
