Free MMO.. which one do you play?

I've only ever played OGame and it's a highly addictive and time consuming browser based game. I played it for nearly two years and then stopped (got banned and my allies were leaving the game too) but have recently started up again and it's as good as I remember.

The only downside is the long time it takes to get going ... you really have to invest months and months into it for the game to get interesting!

Ditto, for approximately a month. Wish I'd known about it earlier tbh. UO like it should be, and free.
Yep, just over a month here too and I'm still too scared to go outside Del with my crafter rofl :o

A few years back I played on a hosted UO shard and it was great. I may have to try another, is the Hybrid one one of the best ones around now? How is it for annoying kids and antisocial players?

I still play rf online a lot wish they would bring a new patch out to make it better still only lvl51 out of 55 :(

replaying Guild Wars and ist ok, just left the beginners area.

However, my only real problem with it is the crafting, or should I say the lack of.

I came from Ultima to SWG to eve, they all had very involved crafting, yet GW seems to of implemented the start of crafting with being able to salvage items but its as though the developers just though **** it!

May have to pop over and see how the SWGEmu is doing.

Oh they're all there lol. Hybrid is prolly the largest, long running one of the lot though. Around 8yrs+ now.

Granado Espada. Beautiful game, and you control 3 characters at once, just couldn't get into it though.

What's your name in game?

I don't play any more, but quite recently got to 51 & got a race leader position for a bit :p

[Edit]
Probably won't know you if you didn't play Cora

Atlantica online is pretty good, its an online turn-based strategy mmorpg. Think Final fantasy or lost oddessy wrapped in an mmo (without the huge storyline ofc :p ) .

I'm only level 6, but im enjoying it a lot, its nice to play an mmo that has a completely different play style.

You can get closed beta keys from Fileplanet and you dont need a sub either :)

+1 for Atlantica, I've been playing it a lot since it was released and it really is a lot of fun - the battle style is completely different to all other MMOs so it needs some strategy. Plus seeing as it only came out a few days ago you shouldn't be too far behind everybody else.

The game also has an inbuilt encyclopaedia and every single aspect of the game is covered in the tutorial - I'm level 23 and I'm still learning new things about the game, the quests cover it all so you're never lost.
