Any idea how long I could be waiting for a delivery from ocuk? Ordered on Wednesday. Yet to be shipped.

Ordered a Corsair Glaive on Thursday using the free delivery option (DPD Mon-Fri was the only free option) and it's still showing as "Order received - not yet shipped". Any idea as to when it'll be shipped because I will need to arrange time off work?

Yeah, that's good advice. But I have tried that and have had no reply, despite the thread having been viewed. And my order is still showing as 'not yet shipped'.

Don't think smaller items delivered by royal mail get free delivery
When my dpd delivery charged me postage one quick phone call to ocuk and they refunded the delivery charge no problem

There is no option for royal mail, all the delivery choices i have are DPD and none are free

when it did that to me i just phoned ocuk
they removed the delivery charge with no problem

You get free delivery when choosing Royal Mail Second Class.
