Is there any chance of free delivery for Highlands and Islands forum members as long as they only select Royal Mail (as the cost is the same)? If it is too hard to implement, fair play, just wondered. I had started buying a fair bit of stuff here again with the free delivery offer, if it goes it'll be back to shopping around.
