Thanks You can see in the EXIF it's a Canon 450D, with a Canon 55-250mm lens.
I didn't see anywhere on St. Helens that did tours up the mountain, but there's nothing really to stop you if you wanted to.
The nearest visitor center is on the opposite valley, so you'd have to go down that one, and then ascend up St. Helens.
