I am 22 and weigh 8stone 9 ATM. Last year however I was 7stone flat.
Guess you're really short because that's very light for an adult male

As someone who has lifted consistently for over 7 years, there are only two explanations for this.
1. He has worked out for a long time, and just put on a bunch of weight and watered up for the before picture. He then spent 7 months cutting to get there.
2. He has REALLY good genetics, his diet was 100% on point, AND he was on gear. Even the greatest bodybuilders of our time with the best genetics would struggle to get that look in less than 1-1.5 years. In 7 months? He would have to be one of those guys and have ridden a bike.

Good to hear.
I've been "working out" at home - resistance stuff only - for about two months. I've seen practically no change in my physique at all.
Now the other day I was talking to my nephew and his friend, who are both gym hounds. They said "anyone can get ripped in three months". I found that hard to believe, but couldn't disprove it.
So after two months I was wondering if I was just the type of person who will not be able to put on muscle (since the change in two months is almost nil).
Nevertheless, I had resolved to keep going and just progress at my own rate, whatever that was. But you do hear these claims that "three months" is enough for anybody to get in shape.

Absolutely no changes in 2 months?
If you're new to training then unfortunately either your diet is crap, your routine is crap or both are crap.
So doubtless it's not the most effective.
Sod that for a laugh
Just simple things like going for a 5 mile run before work 3 times a week would do you good...The one thing I'm absolutely not doing is going to the gymSod that for a laugh
