From chunk to hunk in 7 months

14st 6? Thats not much? thats 8Lbs more than i am now and i have lost 2 stone.

I very much doubt i could ever get to under 11stone though... Wont be anything left of me.

Looks more like someone who used to lift a bit gained some podge for some specially posed photos and then cut to the lighter weight....I wonder what this guy is selling.

I'd argue that its easier for women to 'transform' as they *just* need to loose weight. For a man, he needs more muscle mass to achieve the same aesthetically pleasing effect. Building muscle is not easy, much more than just calorie counting and a commitment of time and effort.

Myself, being a chunky monkey again :( and relating to the eating out far too often, I think it perpetuates the idea that loosing weight and becoming an adonis is a quick and easy path. I suppose with all the chat about women being made body conscious by unrealistic representation in the media, not much attention has been paid to men.

Rather than women find it easier i think it is more frame dependant. Yeah the Hollywood ideal for men is higher than women but i would find it easier to build a stone of muscle and look more attractive than it would be for my old polish house mate who was built like a shot-putter to become attractive (she wasn't even that fat or muscled).

no for that sort of transformation it is the same for either - it is down to the lighting/pose - the woman in question took both pictures moments apart
