35 years old and weigh a measly 9 stone.

He's not even that overweight in the first picture to be honest, looks like he's pushing his gut out.

I think it is utter nonsense and very likely something along the lines of this brilliant exposé on these "transformations".
But then again, there was rumblings he did the same thing when demonstrating a product he was going to sell via his company.

and relating to the eating out far too often, I think it perpetuates the idea that loosing weight and becoming an adonis is a quick and easy path. I suppose with all the chat about women being made body conscious by unrealistic representation in the media, not much attention has been paid to men.I'd argue that its easier for women to 'transform' as they *just* need to loose weight. For a man, he needs more muscle mass to achieve the same aesthetically pleasing effect. Building muscle is not easy, much more than just calorie counting and a commitment of time and effort.
