Fry ups

Tesco sell Kashmiri chili flakes. They're not too hot and are perfect on fried eggs.

Two eggs, 1 Cumberland sausage, 1 haggis, 2 crispy bacon, beans, a hash brown and a slice of toast.

If on the move, sausage bacon and egg butty (buttered with proper butter) with a dash of ketchup.

Sitting down, as above (minus the butty) but needs addition of hash brown, beans, mushrooms, plum tomatoes.

2x Sausage (90%+ Pork)
2x Smoked bacon
2x Runny yolk Fried Eggs
2x Tattie Scone
2x Pan scones (basically Pancakes, common in the south west of Scotland)
1x Haggis portion.
1x portion Fried Mushrooms
Perfection

I watch Beard Meats Food and Gary Eats on YouTube.

They absolutely hate fried mushrooms.

I don't get it. Fried with salt and pepper? So good.

Working on construction sites in the seventies and eighties, the site canteen at ten am was the place to be. Full english and no mercy. Bacon, sausage, eggs, black pudding, mushrooms and tomato, fried bread with more toast on the side. Hot and strong tea.No american potato products as they had not made it over but not missed.

Most mornings i have a subsidised cooked breakfast in work

Usually consists of

3 x toast
1 or 2 x Sausage
1 or 2 x Bacon
1 or 2 x Hash brown
maybe a black pudding
beans

pretty good, comes to about £1.60 or £2.00

I could do with a naughty fry up right now (minus the beans).

I find it werid that my frozen pizza thread was locked, as I was pointed to another mega thread about making pizzas from scratch.

That has nothing to do with frozen supermarket pizzas!

OMG o_0

It started life as a 'making pizzas' thread but developed into an all things pizza thread :) (the thread subject was edited as such).

Now about the bacon. Oven or pan fry ?
I go for the oven nowadays

Mrs hangs the bacon over the shelf bars in the oven.. fat drips off but you get crunchy bacon.

For me:
* two sausages - preferably Cumberland style.
* bacon
* scrambled eggs - no cream/milk
* hash browns
* some mushrooms
* some baked beans
* wholemeal toast

Preferably brown sauce.

That would probably keep me going the whole day.
