Fry ups

While on the subject of breakfast. The best full English I've ever had was at a place called Embers Cafe in Telford. Nothing has come close.

THE question for any Englishman (and Welsh, Scottish and Irish I am sure....sorry yanks or anyone else with your 'healthy' stuff, this is not for you).

Assumption, using the finest quality ingredients, ideally from my local butcher! Also, this is a treat so going full force!

2 x Thick back bacon, well cooked
2 x Streaky bacon well cooked
2 x Sausages, old English, well cooked
2 x Scrambled Eggs, Burford Browns ideally
2 x Large chopped mushrooms, cooked in butter
1 x Sliced in half and cooked tomato
2 x Slices black pudding
2 x Hash browns (not part of a historical English breaky, but I like em!)
1 x Slice of friend bread, ideally via the fat from the bacon
1 x Slice of white toasted bread, well done with salted butter

French press coffee with warm semi skimmed milk
1 x Grapefruit juice or mixed berry juice.

1 bed at a local cardiac ward for 2 hours after

NO BLOODY BEANS!!!
