Full EV Woes!

I remember his E-Tron 50 tests being part of what prompted me bite the EV bullet. Short range poor efficiency but great drive was his advice. I also remember seeing the EVDB entry on the E-Tron 50 predicted winter range also nearly putting me off one. That was back in 2019 when allegedly EV info didn’t exist.

I learned to do actual research when I trusted Car review sites that recommended the then new shape Qashqai back in 2014. Since then it’s all user forums and actual non biased info sites like EVDB.
 
This place is clearly full of eliteist egotistical know it-alls, you guys are so narrow minded and self-induldged on a whole that you cannot see the forest for the trees.

I started a discussion openly about my negative experience using my wifes car and the reasons behind my opinions and thoughts, yet my opinions and points are just being poo-poo'd by the majority of you EV Greta Thunberg worshipping sociopaths.

I feel sorry for you more than anything else. I'm done in this thread now.

I'll send you a video of Greta when she came around for a vegan mocha, she saw the Model Y on one drive and the V8 5.0 Mustang on the other and didn't know whether to bear my children or kick me in the balls..

Everyone knows the ups and downs of EV ownership here, the issue here is that your complaint just highlights how EVs aren't ready for primetime and that it requires some research and understanding to make the best of them, which for many is 98% cheap and more convenient motoring interspersed with the odd PITA public charging hiccup..

You are essentially saying EVs aren't fit for purpose, implying that anyone owning one is in denial or something.. As I said previously 9 out of 10 EV owners would buy another.. this means 1 in 10 wouldn't and you simply are one of those 10%..

No big deal..
