Well the game starts up OK but it doesn't look as though you can play online with this version as it asks for a cd-key when you login under the multiplayer menu ...
I've got weird problems with mine. A few minutes into the game I'm getting strange things. Lots of green and blue flasshy thing. Maybe tearing? Only happens when I I look outside. If I look at the walls or floors everything's fine, but the moment I get a glimpse of some scenery I get all kinds of green and blue tearing. I think it's tearing :/

that was a random assumption to make, reading the thread lets me believe that as it is free that makes it good, all you have to sit through are a few adverts while loading that look like they're freezing up your pc and then to play multiplayer you need a cd-key from the original game or something which will be sorted. So is this ad supported version crappy and does it not have MP?
Yes...hmm, wonder if punkbuster detects AA+HDR as a cheat![]()
in response to the ads, I fount this look when googling:

Trouble with that is it doesnt just remove the adds.
