Further Education Discounts and Warranty

I used the FE discount, even though i'm not in further education. They didn't say anything or email me (ordered on the net) so should be no problem.

I just checked with the apple warranty checker and it shows just about 1 year of warranty left :confused: should I give them a ring?

I didn't get that email trough until the other day, and I ordered my MBP on June the 5th. I think it takes a while to process.

Mine also shows 1 year left, even though that email says I have 3 years.

My parents bought me a Mac Mini yesterday on FE (i said i was in 6th form but im in yr11, close enough) and i was accepted the discount but not the free ipod nano, they said i had to be over 18 for the ipod

Seems that either Apple or I have definitions mixed up. :confused:

We mentioned how that £56 was usually just for the additional two years phone support (not hardware) and they said that their policies have changed etc etc blah blah...so gave up.
