Anyone else have a problem like this?
Is it worth an RMA?
Sapphire don't seem to think so...
It has always made the noise, but it's just gotten worse...
Mine is like that, it’s not loud but I can hear it as my case fan port is right next to me, at the same height. If I move about 1m away I cannot here it any more. I have an MSI one and it works very well so I’m not that bothered by it. Also I think mine is consistent so it’s the same under load as idle although it nosier at boot up. I found that when I installed it the radiator position had a big effect on the amount of noise it made so I moved it about when it was on to get all the air out of the pump and then fixed the radiator in.Anyone else have a problem like this?

My other cards are louder (VaporX 290X, Tri-X 290) under load but the Fury X noise is not as loud but is high pitched so is more of a pain. It’s also there at idle which is more noticeable than when gaming for most people.Thank **** I never got an FX tbh.
Sorry to hear of your probs dude![]()
It's the only reason I'm now on a Fury pro, They took so long getting fixed models out into the market that I gave up waiting for one.

I know what coil whine is, I don't want to use vsync. It was the first batch of Fury x's, it's just gotten worse and I want to RMA, but they said it is meant to sound like this.
Apparently the Fury X was meant to buzz.
