So I just realised there are G Sync monitors available (24") for under £200 now.
This got me thinking about x34 monitors and other high end stuff. The freesync variant comes around £600 and they charge over £800 for a Gsync version.
I assume the panels are almost identical but this Gsync tech adds the cost.
Do different sized/specced screens require a more expensive module, or is the tech the same regardless?
How come £200 can buy a complete unit, yet it seemingly costs over £200 to add the feature to lots of other screens.
