G29 not working

The g29 is meant to work with a pc set to ps4 mode.

Taken from the logitech site -
PC: Set the mode switch to PS4.
NOTE: You must install Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) 8.70 or later on the PC for full functionality. Once you’ve installed LGS, all buttons and accessories will function in the games that support them.

I had the same issue where i would plug in the wheel and it would not show up in the logitech software but after doing the following it all worked fine. Open device manager and find the G29 - right click and update driver - select "browse pc" and select "let me pick from list" and select "Logitech G29 driving force wheel USB".

With this done windows 10 should see the wheel correctly. If you want to play dirt 3 then follow the link in my prev message to set up a profile for the game.

I have literally just finished completing the main game using the g29 today.

Yep, this is usually the main fix that I have to do every so often with my g27. Windows 10 for some reason tries to recognise it as a driving force.

The worst part is that if I want to play project cars I'll spend at least 15 minutes messing around with the steering wheel settings to get them back to the way I want them. It's a pain, especially for something that I bought brand new that is less than 2 years old.
