Gamecube!

Yeah, i remember selling twin snakes and getting just over £50 for it on Ebay! I was shocked, because most of them were going for around £30-£40. But apparently mine was the original? I guess they must have released 2 versions or something? I don't know, Wasnt really overly bothered, Just happy with £50 :D


Right, Added to my list of games to get.

Twilight Princess! I forgot this had been released on Gamecube! Definately picking this up.
Mario Sunshine - I really enjoyed this first time round! It's a lot like Mario 64 updated, Which i guess was the point :p
Metroid Prime- I Loved super metroid on snes, and i've never played this, so must have a look at it.
Viewtiful Joe- as I've heard nothing but good things and I've yet to play it again!
Skies of Arcadia- yes I did play and love the original on Dreamcast!
Luigis Mansion - This was the launch title yes? I never did get to play it, always looked impressive with the torch effects, I always thought i looked better than some of PS2 offerings!
Paper Mario- As i like anything that's a Mario platformer!
Beyond Good and Evil! I got this on PC and really enjoyed it, and never finished it.
Timesplitters 2! Ofcourse

Christ, That's a lot of money :(

Kinda wish I'd not sold my games, I had all the games in the OP and mario sunshine!! Silly silly silly
 
Good thing is you can pick up a lot of those for really cheap these days.

Only really expensive ones are Twilight Princess, MGS, and 1000 Year Door.
 
yeah, it shouldnt be too bad really, Consider it a treat for myself on a weekly\fortnightly basis lol. I'm trying to save up money so just spending 5-15 quid every so often on a gamecube game, will keep me happy I think

Quick question, which would be better. Resident evil 4 on gamecube or Resident evil 4 on PC with an Xbox 360 wired pad?? My guesses are PC version, due to updates, etc.But you never know, if its anything like the difference between PS2 and the gamecube versions, then Ps2s version didnt look as good!

I'd personally say that the GC Res Evils are the best.

The PC version of RE4 is easily the best, with texture packs it looks really good.

But RE4 is hardly a Resident Evil game in my opinion, the remake of Resident Evil was great but I think Code Veronica on Dreamcast is the best by far, better than the PS2 version visually too.
 
CV on Dreamcast was awesome.

But For RE0-3 the GC is the best imho, and as you'll be getting the rest on there I'd get 4 for the GC also.

TBH though i've not played RE4 on PC since it first came out and it was an awful awful port, if it's been fixed since then that's good to hear.
 
If you can find it, the Zelda Collector's Edition Disk - includes OOT, Majora's Mask, and a couple of older Zelda games. Got it as a quality freebie with a purchase of 1080 ages ago!
 
The guy in....'the shop that sells nothing but second hand stuff' made me cry almost today...Twins snakes has began selling for up to 3 figures apparently. If in mint condition.... Which mine was! :( I got a poxy 50 quid, I want 3 figures dammit!

Also, I picked up resident evil Zero! Bit gutted as they were out of Gamecube memory cards though :p and I lack one, So need to try a few other shops tomorrow see if i can grab one. I just hope the other game shops don't sell them for silly prices. I'm not paying £10 for one -_-

Also, I think i need to have a look at this pikmin, I've never played it. but there seems to be a big following for it! Must be a reason
 
ebay is your friend for things like memory cards (theres a shop in town up here that has these things but it was expensive for me)
 
Yeah, Twin Snakes!
I bought this game a few years ago on the internet - I just typed "sell Twin Snakes" and found an ad - I got it together with Resident Evil Zero for 20 £ :D

But its a really great game - a must-have for every GC owner and MGS fan!
