Games partition

I want the best setup for gaming. I have 1x 160GB and 1x 120GB HDDs., planning on setting it up as follows, advice is very welcome.

160GB

30GB XP + system files, antivirus etc
130GB media

120GB

60GB games
5GB Page File (FAT32)
55GB backup for media

5gig pagefile might not be enough one day & why FAT32?
I wouldn't setup a pagefile on a seperate partition as if it were on C: then the filesystem would shunt it at the start of the drive which is fastest.

If in the future you install Vista64 then you need 40gig so make your C: 40gig.

I'd put windows on the 160 (40/120), use the 120 as work/play as all one partion.
or
If the 2 drives are similar a speed then RAID0 them (I think you may still be able use the remaining 40gig too).
