games performing badly

Yeah. things improve dramatically when the case panel is off. Right now the cpu core is running at 36c with the case off. I don't know if this case has good airflow, I don't know how to attain it. Here is a photo of how it looks now, perhaps you can see a problem. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a159/Mafiola/pccase.jpg

So performance improves dramatically when the side panel is off eh? Definately a heat issue then, try to get those power cable to your mobo out of the way of your CPU heatsink fan for a start. Has your side panel got a side intake fan on it? If not will it fit one? Can see you have a outtake fan on the back, but i cant see an intake to bring fresh cooler air in.

that fan is blowing air into the pc.. there are no areas at the side or at the front for a fan, just two at the back, I take it one blows in and one sucks out? I don't think this case was designed for these kind of parts in mind. It is almost 4 years old after all. Time for a new case?

The fan at the black is pulling air in? That's a big no-no for a start! Hot air rises (well, cool air sinks, but meh) so the fan should be blowing out air.

The other fan would also be blowing out if you were to install it, otherwise they would interfere.

I would swap the fan round and see what difference you get, and then you can decide about getting a new case etc.

as above tbh, maybe if that does help then purchase another fan to help the one above extract air. Definately need it to be extracting, cool air will naturally find ways to get in regardless, normally through small holes in the front, which are behind your front panel/bezel and infront your Harddrive

Another reason for not having the fan at the back drawing air in to the case, is because the PSU above it is throwing hot air out, and that is being pulled back into the case by the case fan.
