Has to be:

The Darkness:

It's a sin the first game never made it to PC. A crime, in fact. I'd still like to see a third game in the series.

Vampire: The Masquerade

Paradox Interactive have purchased the World of Darkness brand, so there is hope yet.

Icewind Dale:

Enjoyed the previous games and would like to see another game. It's been too long.

I could mention Half-Life 3, but that's probably never happening.

Remember Me from Don’t Nod who have abandoned it for Life is Strange.

Kingdoms of Amalur which the devs no longer exist for.
Yeah I liked Remember Me, I bought it on Steam in a sale with it being so cheap and it's been one of my favorite games in that last couple of years, it had it's floors however a sequel would be great.

Sacrifice was doing all kinds of awesome, before everybody else started doing the same kind of quirk.

Well ahead of it's time in terms of the technical and design. At least a hd remake, some kind of magic if it was redesigned for VR with motion controls to gesture spells ect..

Armed and Dangerous along with Freedom Fighters. No idea why latter was so enjoyable but it was, then Kane and Lynch came along and that was it for any sequel attempt.

An up to date Paradroid 90, More Alien Breed games, Cannon Fodder... oh the list could go on. As you can see I have been gaming a while. ;)

Command and Conquer like the good old days. Spending ages building an ultimate, impenetrable base etc

I know what you mean. Used to love getting my base to a state that nothing would get through... building up a huge force then smashing the enemy base to bits.
