Games to Look Forward to in 2023?

Diablo IV - Really hope they don't ruin it. Hopefully some friends will buy it. Used to play Diablo II with friends sadly none of my gaming buddies were into Diablo III. Bought the collector's edition with the soulstone USB. Really need to find that, can't remember where I put it.

Jedi Survivor - I enjoyed Fallen Order although I've never really felt the urge to replay it after completing it. I've pre-ordered the edition that comes with the replica lightsaber (absolutely love the hilt), it cost a small fortune since it's a US seller so shipping and taxes add a bunch to it for UK customers.

Payday 3 - The original Payday was great co-op fun, Payday 2 I enjoyed but felt a bit too over the top for me. I'm hoping 3 is a little more in keeping with the first but even if it's not it could still be a good laugh.

Redfall - I don't know that much about it but looks like it could be fun with friends.

Starfield - I really really really hope it's good. Morrowind was my first Bethesda game and it blew my mind as a kid and I'm a big sci-fan fan so a Bethesda RPG in space could be my perfect game. Hopefully it gets the Skyrim modding treatment.

Well I'm not complaining as I personally love the previous games of the titles I listed, so if they do a good remake with todays standard of graphics then happy days. Forza looks to be coming along nicely and Diablo is well.. Diablo!

I don't want to derail the thread but I really hope monetization doesn't ruin Diablo.

I don't mind the occasional low price cosmetic micro-transaction but I'm not a fan of all these battle-passes, premium currencies, in-game stores with FOMO 'get it this week or it's gone forever' items.

I don't think Diablo 4 will compete with Path of Exile to be honest, it will be hard to beat POE in this genre. Other then that Starfield is what I will be looking at this year.
