Play TH in modern full screen res, I think they improved some textures too. Actually looks really good for an old game.

Yeah! I tried this before GoG started selling Theme Hospital.

Cool didn't realise you could buy it again. Have they done anything for the resolution though as playing it at 1440p is amazing, you can see pretty much the whole map on the screen.

Not sure about the resolution since I can't play it that high but GOG and Origin definitely have it available. It was even a free game at one point on the Origin store.

What do you have, the original would run at a very low res so if you're getting native 1080p with good scaling they've fixed it which is cool.
