Ah just remembered the name of one of old fav's on the Amiga - Hunter. Huge map, different vehicles, 3d

Can't remember much about the gameplay though to be honest, will have to find it and fire up the amiga emulator.

Amiga 1200 emulator and Chaos Engine or Banshee for some mindless shoot um up fun..

Loved Midnight resistance on Amiga, and Chaos on my Spectrum. Still play Chaos as there is an online version I saved ages ago. I would love a remake of that game, the dreaded gooey blob.

Never had it myself

I remember playing it in an arcade a couple of times on a cool looking upright cabinet with a steering wheel and a pedal but I was utter rubbish at it so never played more than a couple of times.

Used to spend hours playing Brian Bloodaxe on the Spectrum.

Its strange because when you used to play those games you couldnt imagine graphics getting any better. Now we just laugh.
