Gaming mouse..

I have a Razer Chameleon, great mouse!

Takes a little time getting used to the shape, but as i have quite big hands and long fingers its a perfect shape for me.

Even better when i bought it from a mate for £10 :D

Razer Deathadder all the way in my eyes.

Although this is a pointless thread as everyone just says the mouse they own.

Ive got a good old Saitek gaming mouse, shame they sort of dissapeared now.

Nice shape, 800/1600dpi, basic cheap, does the job.

I think im due a new mouse though, bought mine in Germany in September 2005, now the paint on the Left mouse button is wearing away and all the paint on the bottom is shot to hell :D

Anyone fancy buying me one for christmas?

ive used ms 3.0, mx500 and 700 and the razer diamondback and the razer mouse by far outperforms the others ive had tbh. Even my dad noticed a difference in how accurate it is lol.

I've had the Logitech MX310, Logitech MX518, Microsoft MS3.0, Microsoft MS1.1, Razer Diamondback, Razer Deathadder, Logitech G5 and some other randoms.

Out of those I have to say the Deathadder performs the best by a mile, tracking is faultless and it's probably the most fun to play with aswell great for low sensitivity gamers.

This would be followed by the Logitech MX518 for me, great shape and will fit most hands including big ones whereas the Deathadder doesn't but works for me as I hold my mosue different than others, this doesnt track aswell but you wouldn't notice its not far off.

The rest are worse than these two, the Logitech G5 was a big dissapointment for me I thought it would be a upgrade from the MX518 but it wasn't, worst of the bunch we're the MS1.1 and MX310 which didn't track great.

I got an MS Habu not too long ago - it's a razor in Microsoft disguise. I like it :)

Habu has the same shape as the Deathadder so may aswell go for the Deathadder if you can, i'm guessing the lachesis will perform the best on the market now but if you're right handed I recommend the Deathadder, if leftie then Lachesis no doubt.

P.S I find games run a lot smoother on a mouse with high DPI, i'll give you an example, ones of my old mouses with 800DPI when I do 180 looks more jaggedy than say a 2000 dpi mouse as the movements are much bigger on the lower 800.
