I don't see why you wouldn't use them? I believe the software enables you to tweak the DPI and control the lights on the mouse.
Also on the fly sensitivity, which I find quite handy.

As I understand you are looking for glide-pads for your MX518 Gaming Mouse. I have checked in our stock and unfortunately we do not have glide-pads for your mose, but I am happy to inform you that, because your MX518 Gaming Mouse is still under our warranty, I am able to replace it for you.

Hi there I'm basically in the same situation as the person that started this thread, £40 is my budget give or take a tenner if it's one that looks aesthetically pleasingI am more of a claw grip user, I'd also prefer it if I could either adjust the weight or if it's nicely weighted already and preferably with blue lights if any because I've got the antec 900 case and I'd like it to all be color coded lol I forgot to add aswell that I've considered the deathadder and the lachesis but comparing them to my iphone which is 135g I presume they're fairly light. Just as long as it's got a few extra macro buttons I think I could compromise on the actual weight if it was that much of an issue compared to the other features.
