Gaming PC

Fleshwerk, i apologise, i thought you were raising unrealistic expectations.

I am sorry.

Stulid, around the start of March, if i can get the dosh together, would you mind speccing some parts for me?

So are my expectations realistic.

I will have a look more into the parts tomorrow. If I will have anymore questions I ll just post them here.

Thx guys it did help. Are these all of the components or do I need anything else.

They will run BF4 on that 1080P monitor well.

You need nothing else if you go for the last one.

The first one is obviously missing a display.

Not to pick fault to much but besides the gfx card.

The monitor is slower (5 vs 1ms) and Im not sure about a keyboard+mouse that costs the same as a burger king meal, wouldn't really want to do ant "twitch" reaction gaming with them.

Good point, when I drop my G500 to 800DPI it feels insanely slow compared to the 3600DPI it's normally sat at. I can only just move it from one side of my 1080p screen to the other in one swipe. :p

My friend showed me another build which is a bit more expensive but even better.
its the following.

processor-intel core i5 4690K
motherboard-Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 or MSI Z87-G43 LGA1150
cooler-SilentumPC Fortis 2 XE1226
graphic card-GeForce GTX 970 G1
power supply-Thermaltke Smart SE Modular 530w (is 530 fine or should it be 630?)
ram-crucial ballstix 2x4gb
HDD-Seagate 1tb SATA III 7200

And I will have to find a case

So what do u think about this

looks alright although i'd be worried about how much mileage that psu has seen and also get the z97 over the 87.
