If you get the Z97X-SLI 4690k bundle then that works out cheaper than getting the HD3 + CPU seperately, and the board is better
I'd get a SuperFlower PSU, the best pretty much and probably the same price as that Thermaltake

I just have my own monitor its a TV and PC I use it for
