gcses

I never revised, I got mainly A*'s and A's, I got a U in resistant materials because I dropped it on order to get coursework done on time (I was absolutely awful at coursework but I did exams with ease)
Being chilled out and enjoying things is what counts, people don't act well under stress.
Celebrate all your years at the school with style man, good times, bad times, you are leaving some people but you can stay in contact, it's a good thing to be leaving. Hence why you need beer and freinds :D

ive also got the english lit on tuesday, i got an E in my mock so good times ahead

I can't really remember what revision i did for my GCSE's, i know i had revision guides tho, so i think i read them a lot and did past exam papers. For my A levels: I had to work pretty hard for my Physics cos i sucked at the practical exams for some reason, so read and rewrote my notes a lot, and practiced exam papers. Computing was a walk in the park so didn't do much revision (actually when to see NOFX the night before my exam). Maths and Further Maths however, were hard subjects, but i feel like the teachers prepared us well for the exams, the amount of past papers we did, by the time we came to sit the exams we knew what questions would be on the papers and exactly how to answer them. Uni however is a different story, your left to your own devices. Which means i havent been doing as much revision/work as i should have.

Some other people have said it and i think its a good bit of advice: get your revision strategies (mentalities) sorted out now while its less important/easier to do so. You'll thank yourself later in life.

I'm finding it hard to resist the lures of OcUK and other forums. :p

I will turn the computer off now, and I will not turn it on until lunch time tomorrow.

If I post on here, please tell me to go and study. :p

This isn't me trying to act all cool, but I didn't revise for GCSE's. I was never one who could sit there and revise, things always distracted me.

Ditto, although i did manage to answer the "test questions" the teachers from each subject handed out......surprising how many of the test questions were very similar to the real exams.

Unless your a real dumbass who has problems spelling your name you should get atleast C's in the important ones

I rarely revised for my exams at all. I quickly glanced at noted the night before and on the day but apart from that i chilled. I do exams a lot better if i just 'let it flow' and chill. I taked a chilled approach to most exams, i find i do a lot better and dont write any old rubbish down.
