Gears of War - Ultimate Edition

One thing that sticks out from my hundreds of hours playing this on 360 online, is how horrendous host advantage was because of the poor p2p infrastructure. Hope that is addressed, because Gears 1 is one of the best games period.

oh god yes I forgot about the host advantage. game host could have shotgunned you in 2 and moved on to their next target before you even knew your guts were all over the floor!
 
Getting more excited for this now, never did play Gears on the PC, but 60fps goodness and multiplayer will be great, and be nice to go through the campaign again with added content! not played Gears for years either..

Just wish it had co-op for campaign that's my only gripe.
 
Can someone summarise what this actually is? Hoping its Gears 1 - 3 more than anything. The game was amazing for it's time and still is tbh with great characters and gameplay.

I never played Judgement, and according to the stat's, neither did a lot of people...:D:p

Truth be told, Gears 3 multiplayer was some the best and most balanced multiplayer I've played. I'm hoping ultimate edition is the same.

Oh god haha! Totally forgot about that!

The lag was awful and the host was damn near super powered.
 
Embrace Windows 10, I have no problem with it being exclusive to that version
