What about GOG, what about Steam?

MS have NO IDEA what the PC gaming market is about.
 
Is there anyway to show fps in game as fraps doesn't work?

Also seems to hitch frames and sound when loading a new section - seems a bit of a mess.
 
My video settings are resetting to low every time I restart the game, anyone else have this too?

Edit: fixed it by setting write permissions to everyone for the windows apps folder.

4K requirements are not accurate. I only have 6GB Ram + GTX 980 Ti + Core i7-980X. 4K for me is very smooth at all times. In task manager the game only uses 1.7GB RAM lol! Textures do actually look modern lots of tessellation is used as well. The lighting FX looks a little dated in places but overall for £23 I would say its just about worth it.

Nowhere near as pretty as recent games like Rise Of The Tomb Raider & Mad Max however.
 
Anyone had any luck getting the game to run in ultra wide?

No support for 3440x1440....

As it's a windows store game I take it there's no config file i can add a custom resolution to?

Nothing to do with their assessment of the PC market.
They want a unified system through Windows, This is the start of a much wider hardware and software strategy for them, which will only mean good things for PC users (more games)

So what you have to use a different store, like we are really having this discussion still in 2016 when Ubi, Blizzard, EA all have their own stores. Please!
 
Well for 22 knicker im happy with it even if it just a rehash, don't own a 360 no longer an sold the Xone ages ago so this an killer instinct are more than welcome in my library.

Any one know how to alter the NAT from strict to open?

Config files are in the Wargame\Config folder loads of ini there but not sure if they reset or not. Ask the developers to support your resolution they seem pretty friendly & willing to take feedback right now!

Would be interested in this, Quantum Break and Forza if they were on Steam and not Win10 only. Microsoft can go f themselves with that ridiculous Store and its utterly preposterous limitations.
 
Good grief, reading about this "release" is quite alarming.

Do companies even care about PC gamers anymore?

If its a ploy to get PC owners to buy XB1.........:o

My eyes lit up when i seen GOW and Forza 6 being released.

Better check that optimism in the future, should have known better :(
 
Quite enjoying this so far, multiplayer is fun and campaign is very nostalgic- played it a lot on my x360 during college.

Runs fine on "high" settings for me, 55-60fps on my 7950.
