Geek or Nerd

i will take nerd out of them 2 options then.
 
From experience working in a school, from that chart I would have switched round the nerd and dork descriptors, one because dork is more of an americanism but mainly because I have encountered quite a few students I would describe as being nerdy, and they certainly aren't intelligent with the things they obsess over :p

In answer to the OP, I much prefer the term 'geek' and am often called that by mrs schumi :)
