And remember, this is not the enthusiast SKU, that'll be a GTX 1080 Ti / Titan like product and listen closely... the GTX 980 Ti (enthusiast class) started at 699 USD when released, the same price that Nvidia now launches their Founders Edition at.
Has anyone seen a review with 1080 SLi Benchmarks in yet? perhaps I missed it

Where is people getting £6xx from? Shouldnt be anywhere near that really. More like £550 max id have thought and £350 max for a 1070.
It's base on the $699 pricing for the "glorified reference edition" 1080.Where is people getting £6xx from? Shouldnt be anywhere near that really. More like £550 max id have thought and £350 max for a 1070.

Anyone hoping to get 1080 at £550, they'd most likely have to wait a month+ for custom cards. People that are planning on going watercooling though...they still gonna have to pay the premium for the reference card, which is ridiculous, as they have to pay the extra for the cooler that they ain't gonna use.
tommybhoy afaik you dont loose Warranty with MSI when removing cooler and gotten card @ OCUK.
So nice card for vr upgrade from 980ti !!! Just needs AiO cooler 6+8 and better power section board and i am after one
