Think of the menchildren! You can't expect them to share their warped world views with other non basement-dwellers for fear of confusion at best and reprisal at worst. GD needs to provide a service whereby it keeps the mouth-breathers from interacting with the normals for everone's sake!

Where there's a raid, a GD'er will be there sending out orders he wouldn't dare to real people.

Where's there's anime, a GD'er will be there, throttling his cable to it.

Where's there's a question that is almost so stupid as to be unaskable, a GD'er will be there asking it and ignoring the useful replies.

Where there's utter, utter failure at a really basic human level, a GD'er will be there, basking in socially broken constructs and being a walking advertisement for others to stay off the internet.

And this, I suggest to you ladies and gentlemen of the jury, is why OCUK should - nay, must! - keep GD running!

I agree, the grammer on these forums are terrible these days. People seriously need to get a grip and learn how to write properly.

Just people getting more and more lazy.

Just create a 'sin bin' sub forum where you can chuck people who post spam and nonsense and limit their access to other forums for a set time....

That way if people want to Post they can, but the rest of us don't have to trawl through the nonsense threads to find the good ones in GD....

I suspect that it will have a few permanent members such as thewelsmanwhopostslikebritboy and a few others.....:D

Some people like posting in daft, but funny threads....I reckon we should let them...suspending the OP just means that those that like having a laugh at someones daft ideas can't..a sin bin would allow that, as well as maybe teach the OPs a lesson...also it might limit the re-registration of some of them, at least then we can keep track of who they are....
 
GD always fluctuates around being great fun.

There only needs to be one further rule - the galactic choad rule. Even if a poster hasn't broken any aforementioned rules strictly speaking, the mods should be able to use their discretion to perma anyone who has displayed phenomenal choad like qualities. This can be demonstrated by continuously acting like a grade A ****head, or by simply being wider than taller.

This should also be accompanied by a permenant removal of the galactic choad's access to the internet, as a last resort assuming that OCUK can't arrange a delivery of a man to put a bullet through said choad's head.
 
Using the right words isn't really asking for high standards though, it's GCSE education which everyone here has had.
