Generate application list

Looking for some free software that'll generate a list of installed applications etc on my PC so I can use it to tick off what i've got to reinstall when I format.

Any ideas ?

Listmaker, in the options - list preferences, set it to generate a list using folders only and only root folders. Then point it at c:\program files. Also point it anywhere else you may have stuff installed. Not exactly what you want but does a decent job.
