frying pan is the only way to cook steak. please don't put it in the oven. and you must let it rest.

Well its just.... frying pan... i have to stand and watch it and etc etc, oven or the george foreman its set and forget! Well not forget completely... but its easier.

Get your steak, chop it into cubes, add a **** load of winter vegetables, add a load of stock and slow cook it for 5 hours. Don't forget to add some suet dumplings too. You can't beat a decent beef stew!

You can't cook steak in the oven it's not hot enough. Gorge Forman is the same.

Frying pan and it takes minutes.

Minutes? Hardly. 6 minutes each side and then 30 seconds rest. 12 minutes is a while. I guess it gives you time to find the ketchup though.
