German court rules circumcision is 'bodily harm'

Wow Castiel, that's pretty interesting stuff. The important thing that I took from it was about entering into a covenant, and to enter a covenant awareness of what you're taking on is required (or words to that effect), so in a biblical sense are Jews doing it wrong??
 
They are not persecuting the Jews. It targets both Jews and Muslims, but the law changed due to a specific case, which, I believe, was raised by an individual and not the state.

You sound like the broken Israeli record.
 
I know more than one person who is very very unhappy about having been circumcised at birth. Surely it would be best to eliminate all possible chances of people being unhappy by letting them choose themselves.

The number of atheists in prison is SUBSTANTIALLY less than the number of religious people (although this is partially representative of the population), and religion encourages people to do evil eg. homophobia.
