Hamiltons going super quick, even if he does eat those tyres too quickly then his lead might be too great for the others to catch him when they change onto the hards.

And LOL at the reaction from Hamiltons move on Webber, then Alonso giving him space. If Alonso had punted him off people would be screaming foul.

yeah maybe, all he'll need then is mclaren to tell him to slow down to save fuel cos 'we thought it would rain' lol

Exactly I'm used to the double standards on here now. Like when vettel ran webber off the road for an accident the place went into meltdown. Hamilton leaves Webber no room, runs him off the road and it's a great move.

Shame webber backed out.

he did say he was suprised how much quicker he was on a lighter fuel load, the cars are half the weight they started.

I think Alonso should have punted him off onto the wet astroturf don't get me wrong, but might have been followed by a trip to the stewards for causing an avoidable incident?
