German Grand Prix 2012, Hockenheim - Race 10/20

Vettel had all 4 wheels off the track pretty much every lap on that corner and the previous. Shouldn't be allowed so regularly there must be a speed advantage or he would have kept doing it.

Alonso needs to get as much of a buffer as possible, before the Summer break. Assuming that RBR do as they have done for the last 2 years, RBR will be very very fast in the first 2-3 races after the Summer break.

Yeah yeah and Ferrari will stay still LOL

Red Bull are going to lose their fancy engine maps.

That was some drive by alonso. Especially as he had nothing like the fastest dry pace. Easily the best driver in f1 since senna. A machine.

Good drive from jb too and msc.

To be brutally honest, if they punish Vettel then shouldn't Alonso get something too? He was taking corners with a wider berth all race long giving him a better run into corners, thus gaining time from doing so. Vettel's was more obvious because he passed someone so it's obviously harder to judge, but still, same concept?

Alonso is certainly the best of his generation, BUT, what about MSc?
MSc was pretty special (ignoring his 2nd career, which is embarrassing).

It has just been proven that Alonso DOES have the best dry pace over a race distance

Maybe not over a single lap here or there - but thats irrelevant over 67 or whatever laps

FIA bringing their own podium to every GP now I guess.

Strange they've changed the podium and doing the interviews on the podium halfway through the season.

Not at all

Alonso didn't overtake off the track.
